Marching Band Awards Banquet

This year’s banquet will be held at the Delta Plex on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, with awards beginning promptly at 6:30 p.m.

Parents and siblings are welcome this year. (We’re sorry, but there is not room to accommodate other family members or friends.) When we reach the capacity limit of 1,500 people, reservations will be closed.

After the awards and viewing of the marching band DVD, there will be dessert and refreshments. Please stay and eat, mingle and reminisce about your favorite band memories. If you need a gluten free dessert option, please email Deb Reed.

The cost is $5 per person, including students. This cost will cover the Delta Plex facility rental and refreshments.

Reservations and payment

Charms is not available for purchasing seats for the banquet.

  1. Print out the Marching Band Banquet reservation form
  2. Make checks payable to Rockford Band Parents
  3. Write your student’s name and “Band Banquet” in the memo line of your check
  4. Put the reservation form and payment in an envelope with your student’s name and “Band Banquet” written on the envelope
  5. Put it in the INBOX next to Mr. Phillip’s office

All orders are due by Wednesday, November 15, 2017. Due to leaving for Macy’s the next week and needing to get a head count to the Delta Plex, we will not accept any payments after November 15.
